LINA CONDES

(Born in 1988 in Cherkassy, Ukraine)

Lina Condesreceived her BA and her Masters in Design (Honors) from the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design. A former contestant for the Miss Ukraine beauty pageant, Condes redirected her efforts towards art production and design with Solo project “Extraterrestrial Odyssey” during Biennale Di Venezia’57, Istanbul Contemporary, Red Dot Show during Art Basel Miami, Fontainbleau Miami Beach ,Delano South Beach (Miami), the MAGMART Film Festival (Naples) and the Berlin Fashion Film Festival. Solo presentations of her work have been held at the M17 Contemporary Art Centre (Kiev), SV Gallery (Beirut) and with Avant Gallery (Miami) for the 2016 edition of the SCOPE Art Fair. International project “Ukrainian- Latvian art dialog”, Museum of Kiev history. Awarded on “IEAA Best of International Emerging Artist Award 2016” Dubai (UAE).As an artist of this powerful new generation, Lina utilises a wide range of mediums and tools to create compositions that modern visual practices are not only astonishing but even more so, they are interactive! By using painting, sculpture, graphic design, videography, artificial intelligence, industrial architecture and FASHION, Lina freely expresses her emotions and perception of the world. Her colourful, flat, and hysterical subject matter makes her work an interesting adaptation of contemporary issues. Her art pieces have been sold throughout the world and her interactive iScultpture pieces are taking the world of both Retail Industry and Technology Industry by storm.
